Bella Vue is a beautiful, newly decorated, three story, 3 bedroom/3 1/2 bath beach house with close to 2,400 square feet of living space and a convenient one car garage.

Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room with electric fireplace, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with eat-in breakfast area, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. In addition to the main living areas downstairs there is a large private master suite, plus an additional half bath in the foyer and spacious screened porch that faces the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge.

On the second floor you’ll discover two additional guest bedrooms, with two full baths, and second-floor balcony. Other features include 9 and 10 foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning and lots of storage areas. There is also a finished crows nest that could be used as a fourth bedroom.

Each reservation includes 1 vehicle registration ($20 charge). Any other vehicles parked on property will each need to purchase a $20 vehicle registration as well. Any vehicle that exceeds the limit for each house or condo will be instructed to park off property in an overflow lot.
